Unit Manager (RN)

Austin Trace is now hiring for an RN Unit Manager with vent/respiratory experience. $5,000 Sign-on Bonus!

We are offering an excellent full-time opportunity for a caring, motivated and self efficient RN to join our team.

Requirements include but not limited to:

• Must be a RN in good standing and currently licensed by the state of Ohio
• Must have good computer skills
• Must be CPR certified or willing to be certified

Job duties include but not limited to:

• Supervise clinical aspects of nursing care
• Implement quality audits
• Participate in admission screening and interviewing of residents
• Assist with interviewing, training and supervision of nursing staff
• Scheduling of assigned staff and work assignments to ensure adequate staffing
• Review nurse’s notes to ensure proper documentation is maintained relating to residents’ treatment, medications and conditions.
• Participate in the development, implementation and maintenance of the infection control program for monitoring communicable and/or infectious diseases among the residents and personnel.
• Assist residents with their needs as appropriate
