Austin Trace Health and Rehabilitation is currently looking for a caring, compassionate full-time, day and night shift Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide quality care to our residents.

We are a 100-bed skilled nursing facility in Washington Township, OH just minutes from Austin Landing off I-75, in Dayton, Ohio.
