Welcoming Dr. Ravi Desai as Pulmonary Medical Director

Austin Trace Health and Rehabilitation is pleased to announce the addition of Dr. Ravi Desai as Pulmonary Medical Director to our medical team. Dr. Desai is a board-certified Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine Physician. He completed his fellowship in 2016 at the Lankenau Medical Center in Philadelphia and has since been practicing in the Dayton area.

Dr. Desai provides a very broad range of services in the field of Pulmonary and Critical Care, including consultations and interventions in ICUs, inpatient as well as outpatient settings. Dr. Desai has rounding privileges at the Kettering Health main and Miamisburg campus and at the Post-Acute Medical (LTAC) Center. He is part of a larger medical practice and serves as a Director for the Lung Nodule Clinic at the Kettering Health main campus. In addition to patient care, Dr. Desai is also interested and experienced in the administrative side of medical practice.

It's a privilege to have the expertise of Dr. Desai and his Pulmonary Nurse Practitioner, Hayley Burnett, serve our residents in Pulmonary Care and join our medical team. They will round on-site weekly. In addition to Pulmonary Care, The Nursing and Respiratory Care Team at Austin Trace is licensed and trained in the care of residents with respiratory and ventilator needs. Our Respiratory Therapists are on site 24 hours a day. We strive to offer an enhanced program that produces positive outcomes in pulmonary health for our residents.
